Many clients experience results in as little as one session. This container is designed to take you through 4 energy sessions where you will be guided to measure your own progress along the way. The sessions can then be repeated for maximum benefit. Along with additional energy work targeting more specific areas of the body for deeper results.

The following data was selected from 3 clients asked to abstain from any gym usage or sports participation while recieving the energy work and made no changes to their diet.

After 12 days, 2 sessions, all three clients saw improvement in their levels of endurance from 59% to 177% over their starting measurments and 25% to 120% in strength increase.

In 21 days, 4 sessions, each client saw a significant increase in muscle mass and decrease in BMI and visceral fat with no changes to their routines.

Factors that affect the expression of results include normal diet, the level of starting fitness, lifestyle choices including alcohol or recreational substance use, and engagement in physical activity.

Michelle Healey brings a deeply rooted understanding of energy, embodiment, and human potential to her work shaped by years of devoted practice, cross-cultural study, and experiential mastery. Baseline Measurements and Physical Testing

At the beginning of each session, a baseline of health is established to track progress. Clients will choose their own metrics to meaure progress. And a schedule is given to pace the sessions and allow for inegration. Establishing weekly measurements where improvement can be quantified and verified by you.

Energetic Transmission

After the baseline is established, the client will be taken through a progressive relaxation before receiving the energy transmission. With pre-recorded online sessions, this work can be accessed anywhere, at any time. These sessions also allow the client to develop greater sensitivity to energy and where it shows up throughout the transmission. You might experience sensations of pressure, tingling, warmth, fullness, release through yawning or burping, muscle spasms, all of these are normal experiences during the energy transmission.

Client Results

Many clients experience positive benefit from one session however I encourage clients to continue for a minimum of 4 sessions. I do this to ensure each person recieves benefit to their body and energy system that can be verified with the progress measurements. And for the client to experience long lasting results they can see and feel for themselves. The results continue to increase each session as the work builds upon itself.

☞ You will be given a sample schedule on how to pace yourself through the sessions and guided how to best measure your own progress from session to session.

☞ At the end of your first round of all the energy sessions which will be completed by most in 10-14 days, you will be instructed to go through the sessions again to compound the benefits received from the work.

☞ After you have completed two rounds of the energy work you open up access to more targeted energy sessions for specific issues and specific parts of the body. What motivates me

The prospect of showing the tangible benefits of consciously working with Divine energy through physical manifestions in the human body is what drives me to bring forth this work.
